What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a technique used to evaluate nutritional needs and make recommendations for dietary changes, helping clients balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. As opposed to obsessive dieting yo-yo dieting, calorie restriction, or unnecessary pharmaceutical intervention, nutritional therapy focuses on the five foundations of health, as well as a properly prepared nutrient-dense diet to achieve optimal health and wellness.
